Educational Background: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering - Georgia Tech, 1983

Professional Experience: Mr. Isiminger was born and raised in Palm Beach County and is a sixth generation native Floridian. He has practiced in the field of coastal, environmental, and marine engineering since 1984, starting with Gerald M. Ward, P.E. Consulting Engineers in Riviera Beach. Since 1992, Charlie has been President of Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Inc. in North Palm Beach. Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Inc. specializes in permitting and design of marine and coastal projects.

Professional and Community Affiliations, Activities and Certifications: Charlie is a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer, and is also a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain (continuity status). He is a past President of the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County, and served as Chairman of the Florida Engineering Society's Conservation and Environmental Quality Committee. Charlie has been active on many boards in the Village of North Palm Beach, and has served on the Town of Palm Beach Shore Protection Board and the Palm Beach Countywide Beaches and Shores Council. Charlie has also served in the North Palm Beach Little League, and the Knights of Columbus, Santa Maria Council.  He is active at St. Clare Church, and serves on the Advisory Board of Cardinal Newman High School.

Unique Story: Charlie went with his entire family to Cuba in the summer of 2012 for a week-long mission trip.
