Professional Experience: Mr. Mesiano is a real estate and regulatory specialist with a residential land development firm.  Previously, he provided environmental consulting services for over fifteen years.  His experience ranges from ecological assessment services to project and team management.  Principally, these services include wetland delineations, protected species surveys, marine and environmental impact evaluations required in conjunction with permitting land developments as well as mitigation bank and regional off-site mitigation area feasibility and management services.  Mr. Mesiano has extensive experience in natural resource management and has worked extensively throughout the east coast of Florida.
