The Board of Commissioners of the Florida Inland Navigation District announces electronic public meetings to which all persons are invited.

Notice is hereby given that the Florida Inland Navigation District (District) will hold an electronic public meeting of the District's Board of Commissioners, together with a meeting of the District’s Finance and Budget Committee, beginning at 8:45 a.m., Friday, January 15, 2021. The purpose of the meetings is to conduct the regular business of the District. Meeting agendas are available on the District’s website at aicw.org or by contacting the District office at 1314 Marcinski Road, Jupiter, FL 33477, telephone (561) 627-3386 for more information. Public input may be made in advance by email to jzimmerman@aicw.org or during the meeting via video conference.

Florida Statutes Section 374.983 authorizes Board and committee meetings to be conducted via communications media technology. Instructions are provided at the bottom of this notice.  This meeting will be live-streamed, and video recorded.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board or committee with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, they will need a record of the proceeding, and for such purposes, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.  Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District a minimum of three (3) days prior to the meeting.
